IN-HOME CONSULTING

rate: $100.00 per hour

 

I deal with children of all ages. Whether you are searching for solutions for your two year old who is throwing tantrums, or your 16 year old who is experimenting with drugs and alcohol, I can coach you through difficult times and help develop an action plan that works.

 

Some of the services I provide are detailed below and many include a comprehensive written evaluation. Each family has its unique issues and the parent(s) may desire an hourly, full-day, or per case rate.  Some parents (especially of older children) even opt for telephone support.

 

In Home Analysis: Approximately 6 hours

 

Includes at least 4 hours of in home observation and a comprehensive written evaluation analyzing parental strengths and weaknesses. The analysis gets to the root of the problem so that an action plan targeting the weak areas can be devised. The written evaluation is presented to the parent in person whenever possible.

 

Action Plan: Approximately 6 hours

 

The Action Plan is usually done in conjunction with the In Home Analysis. After studying the evaluation and taking into consideration many variables, the observer develops an action plan. Includes development of an individualized treatment plan and 4 hours of in home consulting to properly implement the plan. *As needed telephone support is provided.

 

Shared Parenting Mediator: Approximately 6 hours

 

For divorced or separated couples having difficulty disseminating vital information and providing consistency to their child(ren). The observer spends 2 hours in each parent’s home tracking differences and possible inconsistencies, then develops a system and routine that provides parental continuity.

 

Proactive Parent: Approximately 4 hours

 

There is no manual for parenting, but a consultant can come to your home for three hours to observe you in action, then provide a written analysis of parental strengths and weaknesses. This service is mainly for parents of child(ren) age 2 or under desiring feedback and support. Includes tips and coaching within the home plus a short written analysis.

 

I believe so strongly in my message and mission, I plan to tirelessly educate parenting groups and other community based resources…..AT NO CHARGE.  I also offer FREE guest speaking appearances for M.O.P.S (Mothers of Preschoolers) groups in Orange County.
